The subject of this small -scale public contract (hereinafter referred to as VZMR) is the supply of goods, which means the cordless appliance according to the specification of the goods - see. The tender documentation of this VZMR (hereinafter also the VZMR). The delivery will be realized as a whole in accordance with the terms of the purchase contract, the contractual model of which is part of the VZMR ZD. The contracting authority does not allow variant solutions. The participant will attach the draft purchase contract to his offer, which forms the annex to this tender documentation see. Documents - will add primarily their identification data, bid price, signature of authorized persons and other data that respond to the conditions of assignment of this VZMR. The contracting authority reserves the right to refine the final wording of the contract formally before signing with the selected participant.
