Purpose of this Advance Proposed Procurement Notice This is an advance notice for the procurement of a Contractor to complete a culvert replacement on Highway 49 between Pelly and Norquay, Saskatchewan. Please note that all quantities and project details are subject to change. This tender will have a shortened advertising period and will have an early completion date. The work is expected to take place as early as August 2026, with a specified completion date as early as October 1, 2026. The Ministry reserves the right to not proceed with advertising this work. Description of the Procurement: SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF TWO 2 400 mm DIAMETER POLYMER LAMINATED CORRUGATED STEEL PIPE CULVERTS by open excavation of the Roadway on Highway No. 49, 5.5 km west of its junction with Highway No. 8; for a TOTAL LENGTH OF 46 m.
