The objective of this contract is to develop 4 web applications and 1 mobile application that present oceanographic data and associated use cases within the Copernicus programme. WEB applications will be hosted on the twin Ocean Digital Twin (EU-DTO) and should be used to demonstrate how the Copernicus Marine service and the European Digital Ocean Twin (DTO) can facilitate decision-making. The Mobile application aims to facilitate mobile access to data and Copernicus Marine products and to improve the dissemination of services to a wider audience.
