The aim of the CESP project is to continue the cooperation with external service providers (ESP) in the framework of outsourcing administrative tasks in the visa procedure. The tasks to be outsourced are the following:
-Information provision
-Appointment management
-Application processing (accepting visa applications together with passports and documentation, collecting the visa fee, capturing alphanumeric application and biometric data, transmission of application data, etc.)
-Return of applicants- passports
The ESP provides the necessary services in the technical and organizational areas in implementation of the different procedural steps, in implementation of the two technical solutions and makes the required resources available.
The ESP-s services are financed through the service fee (so-called service fee in accordance with Art. 17 of the Visa Code) which the visa applicant settles directly with the ESP.
