Cooperation regarding renewal projects/ROT Framework agreement for renewal projects (for example, replacement of trunks, new bathrooms, new kitchens, surfaces in the hall) in the Old Town area of Motala. The properties are divided into 5 farms and each farm consists of 2 high-rise buildings and 2 loft corridor buildings in Angle. Of the above farms, 3 have been completed and 2 high-rise buildings on farm 4 are under production. The agreement thus refers to a farm and a loft corridor house. The agreement will be implemented in the form of collaboration/partnering. Platten's goal with this procurement is to sign agreement with a general contractor with the following characteristics: · Capacity to carry out ROT assignments within Platen's existing property portfolio · The desire to develop a long-term business relationship with Platen · Knowledge and responsibility in both planning and the production and management phase.
