The necessary electrical and automation work will be procured by the customer. Present at least 2 similar reference objects. The procurement unit must be rejected an offer, if the exceptionally low price or cost of the offer is due to the neglect of the obligations referred to in section 81, subsection 1, point 5. The procurement unit may reject an offer that is exceptionally low in price or cost low due to illegal state aid received by the bidder, only if the bidder is unable to prove within the sufficient deadline set by the procurement entity that the state aid has been granted legally. The procurement unit must notify the work and to the Ministry of Economic Affairs for rejecting an offer for the reason referred to in this subsection. The customer reserves the right to reject all offers, and no separate compensation is paid for preparing the offer
