This is a solicitation for a non-commercial purchase, one-time buy.

The 406th SCMS/GULAC at Robins AFB, GA has a requirement to procure part number RD532-2105RH, Converter, Analog to Digital, for the end item repair of the Common Avionics (5998-01-132-2965AY CV-3625/ASQ-175). This item was previously procured under the now obsolete NSN 5962-01-137-8868. Systems Engineer has provided the Part Number Office with an alternative to meet the government needs: part number RD532-2105RH, from Davilyn Corporation, CAGE 5V128. The requested part is a nonstock listed item.

The government intends to award on a sole source basis to Davilyn Corporation (CAGE: 5V128). Market Research yielded no other capable source to provide the RD532-210RH, Analog to Digital Converter. Davilyn is the only vendor found with the ability to provide this part within the required time.
