Scope of Work/Overview:Turn existing Records Room 402 into 4 individual phone booths/quiet rooms. Consultant to determine appropriate STC rating for walls, ceiling, and doors in this space to ensure a reasonable level of privacy between the booths. We do not want a formal test to measure the STC rating. Install new lighting with dimmers for each new room. Consultant to review electrical services to ensure there will be adequate power in this area. Consultant will review the HVAC system in the existing Room 402 and determine what modifications should be made to ensure the occupants of the 4 new phone booths will be comfortable in these booths during long meetings/calls in any season. Consultant will design architectural, mechanical, and electrical components to satisfy the objectives of the project.
