Description : Invitation to Bid for Conversion of SPED Center into Inclusive Learning Resource Center (ILRC)
1) The DepEd, SDO-Batanes, through the GAA-BEFF CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of PhP8, 630, 321.90 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Conversion of SPED Center into Inclusive Learning Resource Center (ILRC). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The DepEd, SDO-Batanes now invites bids for Renovation of existing SPED Center into ILRC. Completion of the Works is required within 210 calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
