Conversion of a small military transport /mvtr/ "Antares" with board number 304 into a minesweeper for the Navy.
The purpose of the service is to restore and develop minelaying capabilities and to provide minelaying activities, by equipping them with platforms for carrying and placing sea mines of a small military"Antares" transport.
The service is directly related to military equipment within the meaning of ML9.a.1 of the list of defense-related products-Annex No. 1 of Decree of the Council of Ministers No. 422 of December 14, 2022.
The service will be performed according to the requirements specified in the technical specificationation TS M 96.3322.19 - UVO.
PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE SERVICE
The purpose of the service is to carry out:
- Defect and repair activities to restore the ship's hull and systems.
- Reconstruction of the ship into a "mine barrier" type, preserving its existing functional preappointment. A contract will be concluded with the participant selected as contractor in the public procurement, according to the order and conditions of Article 114 of the Public Procurement Act. In the event that financing is not provided, either party may request termination of the contract without notice after a three-month period from the conclusionането му.
