Description : 1) The Philippine National Police Training Institute Bids and Awards Committee through the Approved Program of Expenditures -Programmable Amount (POE-PA) of the PNP Trust Receipts for the month of October 2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Four Hundred Twenty Three Thousand Pesos (PhP4, 423, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Conversion of Function Room into an Auditorium. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The PNPTI BAC now invites bids for Conversion of Function Room into an Auditorium. Completion of the Works within 90 calendar days is required upon issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least two years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
