Tenders are invited for the activities of the contract are organized in two lots: Lot 1: Conversion factor analysis 1; Lot 2: Conversion factor analysis 2. Both lots are identical as the contracting authority intends to order these services twice so that they can be compared. The contractors shall be different for each lot. For both lots, this procurement concerns droplet digital PCR (ddPCR) experiments for determining the copy number ratios of 4 powder materials using a Bio-Rad ddPCR system.
