Description : 1) The Philippine National Railways, through the GAA 2024 intends to apply the sum of
Three Million Two Hundred Seventy Thousand Three Hundred Seventy-Three
Pesos and 92/100 (₱3, 270, 373.92) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC)
to payments under the contract for Conversion of Electrical System from Single-
Phase to Three-Phase at PNR Lucena Shed. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall
be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Philippine National Railways now invites bids for Conversion of Electrical
System from Single-Phase to Three-Phase at PNR Lucena Shed. Completion of the
Works is required for Sixty (60) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a
contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the
Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a nondiscretionary
“pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New
Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
