The contracts which will result from this consultation aim to entrust to a single holder the operation of a public service activity linked to sea baths, in the form of two agreements: on the one hand, a beach subcontract: the operator will ensure, at his own riskAnd perils, equipment, maintenance and operation of the beach lot. It is transferred a substantial part of the risk operating risk. In return, it is authorized to perceive recipes from users; on the other hand, a public domain occupation agreement, noconstituting real rights with a view to the occupation and exploitation of a rear chalet light restoration beach, under the conditions specified in the draft occupation of the public domain. If the consultation procedure for these two agreements is common, it is twodistinct contracts in their execution as soon as they are award. The feet are not affected by this consultation in the sand in the sand which is in the management area, between the chalet and the beach lot.
