The scheme will be delivered across up to five phases, supported by a revised hybrid planning application and a phased CPO strategy. • The Council will also explore tendering interim capital works (roof and concrete repairs, estimated value up to £5m) alongside the main regeneration procurement. • This notice is issued solely to notify the market of the upcoming SME and to invite interested organisations to complete an Expression of Interest (EOI) via the Council's e tendering portal (ProContract / Due North). • Participation in SME does not form part of any future evaluation.
