Products or Services: EMS Trauma Boxes or Bags, Long Distance Response (LDR) Trauma Kits for EMS Considering that in accordance with the provisions of Art. 35 of Law No. 19, 886, Art. 35 bis of Law 21, 634 and in Article 29 of Decree 661 2024, of the Ministry of Finance that approves the Regulation of said legal body, the services that are tendered are not included in the Catalog of Framework Agreement of the Directorate of Public Purchases and Contracting. The San José Osorno Base Hospital, hereinafter also “The Hospital”, calls for offers to be submitted through public bidding. These Administrative Bases establish the provisions that will govern the tender, award, subsequent contract and procedure concluded by the Osorno Base Hospital, for the contracting of the AGREEMENT FOR SUPPLY OF SUPPLIES FOR TRAUMATOLOGY HOSPITAL BASE SAN JOSE OSORNO. Natural persons or persons may participate in the tender. legal entities that have the capacity to contract with the State Administration, and that do not register any of the disabilities established in sections 1 and 6 of article 4 of Law No. 19, 886, Public Procurement and Contracting Law. The form of the present Public bidding corresponds to acquisitions greater than 10, 000 UTM.
