Description
The Government is posting the intended procurement strategy associated with Market Survey, H92240-19-I-0008, for CONUS Marine/Vessel leasing. At this time the Government intends to solicit for a multiple source, five year, blanket purchase agreemen (BPA) to support CONUS/VESSEL leasing. Any soliciation for BPA, if issued, will be advertised on an unrestricted (full and open competition basis) and will involve seven types of vessels spread across five geographic zones. Hawaii will not be included under this action. Zones are defined as follows: Zone A, Northeast Atlantic (Annapolis, Maryland to Bangor, Maine); Zone B, Mid-South Atlantic (Virginia Beach, Virginia to Key West, Florida); Zone C, Gulf Coast (Tampa, Florida to Galveston, Texas); Zone D, West Coast South (San Diego, California to Santa Barbara, California); and Zone E, West Coast North (Monterey, California to Seattle, Washington). Vessels included under the BPA will be Center Console, Crew Boat, Cuddy Cabin, Sailboat, Sailing Catamaran, Sport Fisher and Trawler.
The Government intends to issue a BPA soliciation within three months of this posting. Once BPA`s are awarded, the Government intends to compete calls. No response to this notice is required. Interested parties shall monitor the beta.sam.gov webstie for solicaitation posting.
