Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE CONTRUCTION PATHWAY-PAGDIWITAN
The BLGU-Toytoy, through the 20% BEDF 2026, intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Thousand Pesos
(Php 100, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for the
CONTRUCTION OF PATHWAY-PAGDIWITAN Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically
rejected at bid opening.
The BLGU-Toytoy now invites bids for the CONTRUCTION OF PATHWAY-PAGDIWITAN under the Most
Advantageous Response Bid (MARB) procedure. Delivery of the goods is required within Fifteen (15)
calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive procedures using a non-discretionary pass/fail
evaluation and the Most Advantageous Response Bid (MARB) system, with 85% allocated to the quality
proposal and 15% to the price proposal, as the award criteria in the Implementing Rules and Regulations
(IRR) of Republic Act No. 12009.
