This tender concerns the carrying out of inspections for the public space in the municipality of Rotterdam.
The Assignment is divided into three (3) lots, namely:
Plot 1 Civil and architectural.
Lot 2 Electrical installations.
Plot 3 Roads.
This plot concerns carrying out of inspections of civil engineering and construction management objects.
Civil engineering inspections can be divided into 3 types of inspections, namely:
condition inspections according to CUR 117 B1, B2, B5 and C2 (including visual inspections of mechanical and electrical construction parts),
duty of care inspections, and
special inspections.
The construction inspections relate to carrying out inspections of buildings on the grounds of the cemeteries and crematorium.
This lot includes the performance of inspections of the electrical installations and the electrical work equipment connected to them within the objects of the Contracting Authority.
The assignment for lot 2 includes all work necessary for it to be expert and complete inspecting electrical installations and work equipment. The Assignment includes at least the following parts:
Periodic inspections electrical safety (Arbobesluit and SCIOS Scope 8).
Delivery inspections (NEN 1010 / SCIOS Scope 8).
Fire risk inspections (SCIOS Scope 10).
Reporting and advice.
