3. The subject of the order is: 1) control of parking fees paid in the Paid Parking Zone in Bolesawiec, 2) activities of withdrawing cash from parking meters, 3) payment to the bank account indicated by the Ordering Party of cash selected from parking meters, 4) cleaning of the outside of parking meter housings, 5) replacement rolls of thermal paper (the paper is provided by the Ordering Party), 6) replacement of coin cassettes due to their filling. Inspection of the Paid Parking Zone, which must be carried out continuously on the days and hours when payment for parking is required, i.e. on the days and hours when the Paid Parking Zone is valid, in accordance with with Resolution No. xIx/205/2020 of the Bolesawiec City Council of May 20, 2020, as amended by Resolution No. xIV/279/2020 of the Bolesawiec City Council of November 25, 2020 and Order No. 210/2021 of the Mayor of Bolesawiec of July 23, 2021 on setting fees for the use of parking lots constituting ownership of the Bolesawiec Municipality located outside the right-of-way of public roads, along with its changes.
