The purpose of this consultation is to control, maintenance and carrying out work on the sports equipment of the town of Bezons (95870). In accordance with the provisions of article L.2113-10 of the public procurement code, the services are divided into two (2) distinct lots, which will each constitute a public market on its own, namely: lot n 1 "regulatory control of sports equipment" and lot n 2 "follow -up, maintenance and work on sports equipment". This market has gone on the basis of a formalized procedure, of the open tender type, in accordance to the provisions of articles L.2124-1, R.2124-1 and R.2124-2 of the public procurement code. It is a public service market, in application of the provisions of articles L.1111-4 and R.2121-6 of the public procurement code. Lot 1 takes the form of a framework agreement Mono-attribute composite, composed on the one hand lump sum and on the one hand to order form, in accordance with the provisions of articles R.2162-1 to R.2162-6, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the public procurement code. The flat -rate share concerns the services associated with regulatory control of Sports equipment. The share of order orders concerns additional services.
