The purpose of the framework agreement is to entrust to a provider (s) interventions intended to ensure the cleanliness of the sites concerned (lot n 1), and to ensure the winter service (lot n 2) which aims to fight against discomfort caused to traffic by winter weather, essentially ice and snow.

This framework agreement with order pleasures has increased within the framework of a group of orders composed of the following members: Douaisis Agglo (coordinator of the group) / municipalities of Anhiers, Brunemont, Bugnicourt, Cantin, Cuincy, Erchin, Esquerchin, Estrees, de Estrees, de Estrees, Fressain, Guesnain, Lallaing, Lambres-lez-Douai, Lecluse, Marcq-en-Ostrevent, Ruches, and Villers-au-Terre.

Mechanical scanning services and other cleaning services for roads and public spaces

The services include:

- Balayage and cleaning of roads, Their dependencies (bus lanes, sidewalks, cycle paths, emergency stop bands, parking lots, ...) and various land in the groups of the group,
