Tender are invited for Contractor for Roof Replacement - Phase 2 - Montgomery Place

Project Description : Montgomery Place is a combination eight and four story, 303 unit seniors apartment building located at 9420-92 Street Edmonton. The facility was constructed in 1983/1984 and is owned by the Alberta Social Housing Corporation (ASHC) and managed by GEF Seniors Housing. The 8 story roof (Phase 1) was replaced and Fall Protection added in 2016. The roof on the 4 story part of the building requires replacing and Fall Protection added to that roof section. GEF Seniors Housing, working on behalf of ASHC, is soliciting for a roofing contractor for this project.
