**Amendment 0003** The purpose of Amendment 0003 is to (1) revise Section L, Factor 2, paragraph 2.1(a) to reflect the removal of price related information; (2) revise Section L, Factor 2, paragraph 2.2(b) and (d) to reflect the removal of price related information; (3) revise Section M, Factor 2, Paragraph 2.0(d) to reflect the removal of price related information; and (4) revise the descriptions for Magnitude and Complexity under Section M, Factor 2, paragraph 2.1(d). Please highlight any revisions made by the offeror in yellow. The offeror will be allotted three calendar days to submit related revisions within the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) system.NOTE: ***Previously associated with RFI M67854-22-R-8053 and DRAFT Solicitation M67854-23-R-8003, the final solicitation number in PIEE of M67854-23-R-8037 is being utilized in place of M67854-23-R-8003.
