This contract is a framework agreement with all terms not fixed concerning the appointment of a general contractor for the work. It will cover renovation work and occasional transformations inside buildings: floor coverings, painting, ceilings, partitioning, doors, electricity, etc. The contracting authority determines the tenders accepted and establishes, on the one hand, who the successful bidders are (for example if more than 3 tenders are evaluated with regard to the award criteria) and, on the other hand, the classification of the successful tenderers of the framework agreement on the basis of the rating obtained with regard to the award criteria. This order determines the order of priority in the cascade (order of devolution of subsequent contracts in the event of so-called non-urgent work). Only the first three ranked will therefore receive the status of successful bidder, respectively of rank 1, 2 and 3. In the event of a plurality of successful bidders (in other words, if at least two bidders are evaluated and ranked with regard to the award criteria of the lot concerned), a maximum of 3 participants will be selected. Subsequent contracts will be awarded to them in a mixed manner: - Following the cascade principle for all so-called 'non-urgent' work.
