Lot 1 — Municipal Headquarters Lot 2 — Telematic Classrooms The purpose of this contract is the provision of comprehensive maintenance services for municipal computer systems and technical support to users, as well as technological advice to the IT department, guaranteeing operational continuity, ordinary face-to-face attention and the effective resolution of incidents in the Camargo City Council in all its departments and attached organizations. The service includes maintenance preventive, corrective and evolutionary, complementary in-person and remote technical assistance, incident management, support for systems administration, technological advice for the evolution of the information system and attention outside schedule for scheduled or critical incidents. The contract is structured in two lots: - Lot 1 — Municipal Headquarters: Provision of administration, configuration and maintenance services of the City Council's information systems, as well as the assistance and technical support in technological evolution and computer management tasks. - Lot 2 — Telematics Classrooms: Provision of the administration and maintenance service of municipal computer classrooms.
