Description of the provision: The object of the contract is the provision of the technical support service, maintenance and management of the microcomputer park of Sant Feliu de Llobregat Town Council, which will include the following functions and activities: · Technical support. Professional services are included for the attention, management and resolution of incidents, requests and inquiries about all the elements that make up the microcomputer park, as well as the execution of complementary tasks.• Maintenance. The services are included professionals to carry out the tasks associated with the corrective, preventive and evolutionary maintenance activities of the elements that make up the microcomputer park, as well as the execution of complementary tasks.• Technological renewal project They are included professional services for the comprehensive management of the technological renewal project of all hardware and software, with the activities of planning, execution, monitoring and control, documentation, change management and communication management.
