Hiring of technical assistance services control and surveillance of the works included in the project for hydrological correction and lamination actions in the Cobatillas Rambla (TT.MM. of Murcia and San Javier). Province of Murcia. The purpose of this service contract is to respond to the need to have specialized technical assistance that supports the Construction Management for the correct development, monitoring and control of the works corresponding to the “PROJECT OF HYDROLOGICAL CORRECTION AND LAMINATION ACTIONS IN LA RAMBLA OF COBATILLAS (TT.MM. OF MURCIA AND SAN JAVIER). PROVINCE OF MURCIA”, action declared of general interest in accordance with article 46.1.b) of the Consolidated Text of the Water Law and the second additional provision of Royal Decree-Law 27/2021, of 23 November, by which certain economic measures are extended to support the recovery, in section 1.e). The planned actions are part of the Program of Measures of the Flood Risk Management Plan (PGRI) of the Second Cycle of the Segura Hydrographic Demarcation, approved by Royal Decree 26/2023, of January 17, where they are collected under the heading “Hydrological correction and lamination actions in the Cobatillas rambla (TT.MM.
