Description : The Department of Tourism, Region 02, through its Bids and Awards Committee, intends to procure the Services of Tour Operator for the Groundhandling and Arrangements for the Conduct of Makanayon Cultural Leadership Training in the Province of Batanes on October 9-12, 2023 in preparation for the Philippine Experience Program on January 2023.
