Description of the service: Contracting of the redevelopment works of the left side of Carrer Pius Macià - phase 1. The purpose of the contract is the execution of the works of phase 1 for the redevelopment of the left side of Carrer Pius Macià. The scope of the work is set in accordance with that indicated in phase 1 of the executive project. The scope of the work is also considered to include both technical and administrative management with the different service companies in order to carry out and coordinate the actions in accordance with its execution conditions. It is also considered included in the work to be carried out by the awarded company, the management with E-distribution to make the commitment of the new library effective and the actions with the services existing. At the end of the work, and before the acceptance report, the awarded company will draw up and deliver to the City Council, an As-Built project of the work carried out, with special attention to the sections resulting from the services that remain buried, accompanied by a complete and extensive photographic report.
