Contracting for the provision of the public service consisting of the management of the municipal swimming pool bar, through an open procedure, better value for money, various award criteria. Season 2026 Description of the provision: The City Council of Térmens is the owner of the municipal swimming pools and attached facilities, which have a bar service within the said premises, located at the entrance of the municipal swimming pools, with urban cadastral reference 3708904CG1230N0001RY. The object of the contract is the use, exploitation, conservation and cleaning of the existing bar and terrace in the municipal swimming pool area, and the collaboration in the control of access to the area and ticket control, with the following services that will have to be done responsibility of the concessionaire:a) Operation of the bar with terraceb) Collaborate in the control of access to the site: sale of daily tickets (if applicable) and control of subscriptionsc) Functions of attention to the public, control and monitoring of the facilities
