Contracting Home Oxygen Service That, in accordance with Exempt Resolution NO 443, of 2026, which authorizes the Annual Purchasing and Contracting Plan of the San José Hospital for the year 2026, the CONTRACTING OF THE OXYGEN SERVICE is required HOME SERVICE FOR THE SAN JOSÉ HOSPITAL, as stated in a certificate dated May 15, 2026, issued by the Procurement Headquarters of the Supply Unit, which also certifies that said service is not available in the Catalog of the Framework Agreement and that, given its nature, the San José Hospital is exempt from the consultation procedure to the circular economy platform, in accordance with the provisions of articles 35 bis of Law NO 19, 886 and 28 and 29 of its regulations.
