Description of the provision: The object of the contract is the execution of the works by the reform of various administrative spaces of the BST headquarters, as well as the construction of a new cell laboratory and a research laboratory and the replacement of the emergency lighting of the central headquarters of the BST. The works to be contracted, must be carried out according to guidelines marked in the Executive Project as annexed to the technical pleat, complementing with the prescriptions of the PLEC Technician.
