Contracting by the CÁDIZ FREE ZONE CONSORTIUM of an insurance policy for material damage to its assets. To safeguard the assets of the CZFC valued at one hundred and fifty million euros from contingencies not foreseen in the process normal deterioration due to the use of buildings and facilities, it is necessary to contract Material Damage insurance that covers both the current assets and the possible additions that may take place during the period of validity of the insurance contract. A study has been carried out of the different assets of the Cádiz Free Trade Zone Consortium, updating their values ​​and eliminating those that, due to their state of conservation, can be considered in ruins and, therefore, equivalent to the value of the land and some that have been alienated. Likewise, there have been some incorporations as a result of the acquisition of new assets.
