Description : 1. The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime in Colombia (UNODC COCOL), requests the expression of interest by qualified suppliers for the provision of occupational medical services for UNODC and other United Nations System Agencies in The Republic of Colombia 2. The intention of UNODC COCOL is to designate a contractor after a call for tender, subsequent evaluation and exit companyBold and establish a contract for an initial period of 12 months with the option at the discretion of the UN, to extend the term by 2 additional periods of 12 months each (1 1 1). 3. The scope of the requirement may include the following services: (a) Occupational Medical Examination of Income. This must contain: i. Laboratory Tests: • Complete blood count (ESR) • Glycemia • Ureic Nitrogen • Creatinine • Total Cholesterol • LIDL • LDL • TrigLiquids • Uricemia and / or Uric Acid • Partial Urine ii. Radiology • Thorax RX and AP and Lateral iii. Medical Exam • Occupational Medical Examination of Entrance. (b) Occupational Medical Examination for Drivers. This must contain: i. Laboratory Tests: • Complete blood count (ESR) • Glycemia • Ureic Nitrogen • Creatinine • Total Cholesterol • LIDL • LDL • Triglycerides • Uricemia and / or Uric Acid • Partial Urine ii.
