The subject of the order are technical assistance services regarding three contracts for the implementation of construction works - hereinafter referred to as: Works Contracts, for the material scope of the Project "Improvement of the drinking water supply system for the city of Toruń" - hereinafter: Project consisting in supervision, administration and coordination, on behalf of the Ordering Party, of Contract W-2/R "Modernization of the Drwęca - Jedwabno water intake", Contract W-3/R "Modernization of the Drwęca - Jedwabno water intake" and Contract W-9/R "Construction of a photovoltaic farm on the premises of SUW Drwęca - Jedwabno” - hereinafter also referred to as: Engineer's Services. 2.
