1) The Light Rail Transit Authority (LRTA), through the Corporate Operating Budget
(COB) FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Three Hundred Fifty-One
Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty-Nine Pesos and 00/100 (Ph4, 351, 789.00) (Lot 1 -
PhP931, 509.00, & Lot 2 - PhP3, 420, 280.00) being the Approved Budget for the
Contract (ABC) to payments under the Contract for Two (2) Lots 2026 Lighting
Consumables Under PR No. PR No. RS2-2605-105 and ITB No. 2606-062-01. Bids
received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Light Rail Transit Authority (LRTA) now invites bids for Contract for Two (2) Lots
2026 Lighting Consumables. Delivery of the Goods is required for One (1) month from
receipt Purchase Order (PO). Bidders should have completed, at least ten (10) years
from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The
