Description : The Airport Authority ("the Authority") is responsible for the management, operation and maintenance of Hong Kong International Airport ("the Airport").The Authority hereby invites Tender Submissions from interested organizations with proven experience and capability for the 3D Survey and Mapping Work of Existing Buildings. The scope of works includes conducting 3D laser scanning survey for existing buildings.Details of the invitation are spelled out in the Letter of Invitation which consists of the Tender Particulars and the Instructions for Tender Submission.This is an open tender governed by the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement.The Tender Particulars and the Instructions for Tender Submission are available for downloading at our ePROS Website. Applicants who wish to tender for the above contract should log onto our ePROS Website which can be found here http://epros.hkairport.com to download the Tender Particulars and Instructions for Tender Submission. You can only download the Tender Particulars and Instructions for Tender Submission via our ePROS Website if you hold a Registered Account. Please go to the Authority's ePROS Website to find out how you can register and apply for a Registered Account.A tender briefing and site visit is scheduled at 3:30pm on 21 August 2018 at Room 3A, 3/F, HKIA Tower. Please complete the application form in ePROS Website and submit it via ePROS Website on or before 12:00 noon on 17 August 2018 to register for the tender briefing and site visit. Please note that you may nominate a maximum of two representatives to attend the tender briefing and site visit. Tenderer is strongly recommended to attend this tender briefing and site walk session.Tenders in response to the Letter of Invitation must be in compliance with the requirements set out in the Tender Particulars and Instructions for Tender Submission and be submitted via our ePROS Website and a duplicate hard copy of the Tender Submission be deposited into the Authority s Tender Box as per the instructions set out in the Tender Particulars and Instructions for Tender Submission and our ePROS Website Terms of Use which can be found here http://epros.hkairport.com, no later than 4:30 p.m. on 4 September 2018 (Hong Kong time).All costs and expenses incurred by you for or in connection with any response to the Letter of Invitation, including the preparation and/ or submission of the tender, shall be entirely the responsibility of the applicants without recourse to the Authority.
