Contract for services of a security operations center (SOC) and adaptation to the national security scheme (ENS) for the municipality of Majadahonda The purpose of the contract is the continuity or implementation of a new Operations Center of cybersecurity that incorporates the fundamental elements for its operation, such as perimeter security barriers, a log collection and correlation system, and also detection and response technology. You must also consider the tasks mandatory for its integration into the national network of cybersecurity operations centers, as well as obtaining certification of the City Council's systems of the National Security Scheme that will serve as a framework to promote a model homogeneous security and will allow establishing the security policy in the use of media, as well as adequately guaranteeing the security of the information processed. It will enable the capacity of the City Council to carry out the actions that consider necessary to prevent or mitigate security threats that affect the City Council, prioritizing and allocating resources to those vulnerabilities that imply a greater risk. In summary, the services to be provided are: 1. Operation of the MONICA NGSIEM platform (or similar) 2. Service Security Operations Center (SOC) 3.
