Description : 1) The Isabela City Water District, through the 2026 Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the sum of PhP1, 278, 408.60 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the Contract of Service for the Deployment of Utility Workers to the Isabela City Water District from September to December 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Isabela City Water District now invites bids for Deployment of Utility Workers. Delivery of the Goods is required from September 2026 to December 2026. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
