1.0 INTRODUCTION
VASDHS requires contract security guard services to supplement VA Police at the Jennifer Moreno VA Medical Center in La Jolla and Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) locations throughout San Diego County from September 1, 2026, through August 31, 2027, plus three options years.
2.0 BACKGROUND
On-site security service is needed to cover off-site CBOC hours of operation and supplement VA Police at the main VA Medical Center for various law enforcement related duties and enforcement actions.
