1) The Light Rail Transit Authority (LRTA), through the General Appropriations Act
(GAA) FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Thirty-Eight Million
Pesos (₱738, 000, 000.00) only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to
payments under the Contract for the Replacement of Signaling System Damaged
by Fire Incident at RSS 4, 5 and 6 under PR No. RS2-2606-137 and ITB No. 2606-
075-02. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid
opening.
2) The Light Rail Transit Authority (LRTA) now invites bids for the Contract for the
Replacement of Signaling System Damaged by Fire Incident at RSS 4, 5 and 6
under PR No. RS2-2606-137 and ITB No. 2606-075-02. Delivery of the Goods is
required for Twenty-Eight (28) months upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP).
Bidders should have completed, at least ten (10) years from the date of submission
