Market relating to the design, implementation and analysis of surveys as part of the operation of the TER Fluo network on behalf of the Grand Est RegionLot n 1 - Communication surveysLot n 2 - Customer knowledge surveys
Within the framework of the lots, the services of this procedure consist of:
- Preparation of surveys (methodology, questionnaire, system terrain, frequency);
- Carrying out surveys on the previously established perimeter;
- Presentation of the overall results and broken down by item defined within the framework of the surveys;
- Provision of all the raw results allowing the exploitation of the data by the SPL teams GEM.
The framework agreement is concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount over the total duration of the contract for each lot of:
Lot n1: 150, 000 euro(s) excluding tax
Lot n2: 650, 000 euro(s) excluding tax
Each lot is single-awarded
Communication surveys
Lot No. 1 concerns communication surveys, and more specifically post-campaign surveys (or post-tests). These surveys aim to assess the reach, understanding, support and impact of the communication campaigns deployed. Depending on the needs expressed by SPL GEM, awareness surveys, upstream communication tests of a broadcast, or even perception studies can be carried out under this lot
