Contract relating to the design, implementation and analysis of surveys and counts in the services and stations of the TER Fluo network The services of the said market consist of: - Preparation of surveys (methodology, questionnaire, field system, frequency) ; - Carrying out surveys on the previously established perimeter; - Presentation of the overall results and broken down by item defined within the framework of the surveys; - Provision of all the raw results allowing the exploitation of the data by the SPL GEM teams. The contract is a framework agreement comprising on the one hand services carried out following the notification of purchase orders subject to the provisions of articles L.2125-1, R.2142-9, R.2162-1 et seq. and on the other hand services carried out following the notification of subsequent contracts subject to the provisions of articles L.2125-1, R.2142-9, R.2162-1 et seq.
