In financial regulation, a "Politically Exposed Person (PEP)" is a term describing someone who has been entrusted with a prominent public function. A PEP generallypresents a higher risk for potential involvement in bribery and corruption by virtue of their position and the influence that they may hold (1). bpost wants to buy a PEP list and receive regular updates of the PEP list. The feed carrying the information (= the PEP list) should be readily integratedwith the application "Fiserv AML Risk ManagerTM v.5.3 or higher (2)". This is the "Anti-Money Laundering Monitoring tool" that supports bpost in the execution of its financial crime risk management activities.
