Provision of Lifesaving Services 3.1 The purpose of this Tender is to select a contractor/contractors for the Provision of Lifesaving Services with all the necessary equipment as defined in Presidential Decree 71/2020 including of Appendix (j) thereof, for thirty-two (32) beaches under the responsibility of ETAD S.A., characterized as crowded, for a period of four (4) months, i.e. from 01.06.2026 to 30.09.2026 in accordance with Annex I hereof. Detailed description of the sub assignment of services is given in APPENDIX I and APPENDIX II of the announcement. Prospective contractors may participate in one or more Sections of the Project. 3.1 The purpose of this Tender is to select a contractor/contractors for the Provision of Lifesaving Services with all the necessary equipment as defined in Presidential Decree 71/2020 including Annex (j) thereof, for thirty-two (32) beaches under the responsibility of ETAD S.A., characterized as crowded, for period of four (4) months, i.e. from 01.06.2026 to 30.09.2026 in accordance with Annex I of the DECLARATION.
