Tender Details

The purpose of this consultation is to award a project management contract relating to: - The design and monitoring of the construction of a fitted kitchen; - The design of the layout of accessibility equipment. The services concern premises located in Immeuble Alban, 4 rue du Docteur Del Pellegrino in Ajaccio, whose management is ensured by the Intercommunal Center for Social Action (CIAS) of Pays Ajaccien, as part of a provision granted by the Urban Community of Ajaccian Country (CAPA). The project manager will be responsible for defining the project and assisting the project owner until acceptance of the work. The project includes two components: - The design and monitoring of the installation of a functional kitchen dedicated to the running of culinary workshops deployed as part of the Eat, Move in the Mediterranean program subsidized by AG2R. - Design and monitoring of the installation of accessibility equipment (door automation, access ramps, signage) facilitating access and mobility for people with disabilities, financed under the Regional Intervention Fund by the ARS.
