Description : 1) The Light Rail Transit Authority (LRTA), through the Government of the Philippines
(GoP) of 2026/Corporate Operating Budget 3 intends to apply the sum of Forty Nine
Million One Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱49, 100, 000.00) Only being the Approved
Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the Contract for One (1) Lot
Improvement of Line 2 System Depot Facilities under PR No. RS2-2602-047 and
ITB No. 2603-031-11. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically
rejected at bid opening.
2) The Light Rail Transit Authority (LRTA) now invites bids for One (1) Lot
Improvement of Line 2 System Depot Facilities. 4 Completion of the Works is
required within Two Hundred Forty (240) Calendar Days from receipt of a Notice to
proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within a period of Ten (10) years
from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
Prospective Bidders should be (1) registered with and classified by the Philippine
Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) with PCAB LICENSE Category of Size
