The purpose of this contract is divided into three benefits.
• Provision 1: Acquisition of Law For the use of the digital pages composition software, Advanced Edition and Adobe Indesign Server or equivalent layout including the updates made during the term of the contract, the technical assistance for its installation, and the absence of user limit. The right Use must allow the installation of software in two different environments with two purposes:
-Preproduction: used to carry out tests and modifications prior to their deployment for end users.
-Production: operational environment used by end users.
• Provision 2: IAM Hermes module update for the processing of files from the economic-financial systems and their integration with the digital pages composition software, advanced edition and layout, as well as the parameterization of their connections and servers in which it resides to guarantee its proper functioning.
• Provision 3: support and maintenance and in particular:
-Installation, support and maintenance of the digital pages composition software, advanced edition and layout
-Sportation and maintenance of the Hermes module and its connections.
-Sportation to users Finals
-Operational Support.
