Forthe subject of the contract is the delivery of xerographic paper of A4 and A3 format for the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of the Slovak Republic according to the technical specification stated in the description of the subject of the contract and the Framework Agreement in the tender documents for the Ministry of Labor, Social Affairs j. delivery, transport, unloading based on the Framework Agreement and a written order by electronic meansordering system of the seller. Detailed information can be found in the tender documents. 1 Act No. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement and on the Amendment of Certain Outcomes as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "PPA"). They shall prove their fulfillment according to - 32 par. 2to para. 5, - 39, - 152 para. 1 or - 152 para. 3 ZVO. Pursuant to - 32 para. 3 of the ZVO applicant registered in the Commercial or Trade Register of the Slovak Republic does not have to submit a document according to - 32 par. 2 pism. e) ZVO. If the applicant proves fulfillment of the condition of participation according to - 32 par. 1 pism. a) ZVO by documents according to - 32 par. 2 pism. a) of the Act, shall submit all data in the tender (Article 10 (4) of Act No 330/2007). from. on the criminal record) necessary to request an extract from the criminal record of a legal person, a statutory body, members of a statutory body, members of a supervisory body, prosecutors from the General Prosecutor`s Office of the Slovak Republic; if he / she fails to prove the condition of participation directly by relevant extracts from the criminal record, or according to - 152 or - 39 of the Act. In the case of a tenderer consisting of a group of suppliers involved in thepublic procurement is required to demonstrate compliance with the above conditions for participation in each group member separately. - 33 par. 1 pism. 1st The contract is procured by the Ministry of Labor, Social Affairs and Family of the Slovak Republic as the central procurement organization for the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of the Slovak Republic pursuant to Section 15 of the Act. The contract is procured for several contracting authorities, which form a closed circuit, which includes: (1) MoLSAF SR in the position of central procuring organization, (2) organizations in the founding and management capacity of the MoLSAR SR. The Ministry of Labor, Social Affairs and Family of the Slovak Republic performs public procurement electronically in the system of electronic public procurement. Communication including delivery is realized in the Evoservis system. Delivery via electronic tool is the moment of receipt of the data message to the e-mail address of the addressee (s)

Every candidate / applicant not registered in the Evoservis system will register in the system at www.evoservis.sk/mpsvrsr/, eventually at www.evoservis.sk. After registration, the access code (name and password) will be sent to them to log in to the Evoservis system for the purpose of communication with the contracting authority, Documentation, attachment and submission of electronic offers in Evoservis. It uses the access codes received during initial registration to log in to the system.m and instructions, including competition documents and related attachments. The Tenderer shall submit his / her bid electronically in accordance with - 49 par. 1 pism.

The submission of the electronic tender shall be confirmed by a recognized electronic mark (UEE). Further information on the use of UEZs can be found in the application documents. In case of question, respectively. of the request for explanation the candidate / applicant will communicate with the publicdirectly in the Evoservis system via the communication interface within the meaning of Part A. of the tender documents. Electronic submissions shall submit scans of original documents or certified copies. If the tenderer has submitted in the tender documents that are not signed by an electronic signature (or equivalent) before the contract is signed, at the invitation of the contracting authority, either the originals of the documents requested or the certified copies of the original documents. The PO requests security of EUR 60, 000. Detailed information on the composition of the security shall be given in the documents to be submitted. The tenderer with whom the contract will be signed and its subcontractors who are required to be registered in the Public Sector Partners Register (RPVS) must becontracts entered in RPVS.

6. On Subsection II.2.7) Duration of the contract, the framework agreement or the dynamic purchasing system: The framework agreement is concluded for a period of 48 months from the date of its entry into force or until the estimated value of the contract is exhausted, whichever comes first. The contracting authority reserves the right not to accept an offer of a successful tenderer that exceedsthe expected value of the contract. Pursuant to Section 39 of the PPA, the tenderer may provisionally replace the documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions for participation specified in the SO by the Single European Document (JED). The GP permits that the applicant can complete only the Global Data section for all conditions of Part IV JED without having to fill in other sections of Part IV JED.
